PAELLAAAAAAA This is an experience like no other in Melbourne. Our paella chefs (YOU GUYS) . Will venture into the boutique South Melbourne Market. Here amongst the sound & flavours. My paella team and super chefs (YES, YOU GUYS) Will learn what it takes and know the tricks to source the most important of all fresh ingredients in-turn creating the most amazing PAELLA dish & SANGRIA. (DID WE FORGET TO TELL YOU, WE ARE MAKING SANGRIA) 

So come along to HOLA CON LOLA cooking classes and experience an amazing afternoon of Spanish food, culture, music and dance while enjoying a glass of sangria or two.
