PERUVIAN FOOD AND PISCO SOUR COOKING CLASS
Lola has had the chance to go on an amazing holiday and food safari in Peru. The best part of the experience was her chance to work and learn directly with chef Raul Modenessi at his world famous San Martin Restaurant, and celebrity chef Hector Aguilar Valle who was previously the executive chef of Maido (the worlds 7th best restaurant!). And work at La Mar cebicheria by Gaston Acurio 26th best restaurant.
What an experience right? Well, Lola has decided to bring you all that she has learnt from these amazing chefs and her travels in Peru, with this exciting new Peruvinian Food and Pisco Sour cooking class!
As always, the adventure stars with our Pisco Sours and the lively Peruvinian music, our cooking class begins.
On the menu is:
Tiradito with mango, avocado and “tigers milk”
Causa Limena with chicken or prawns
Ceviche
Leche de Tigre (the amazingly explosive Peruvinian sauce)
Pisco Sour
$160 per person

Included: All the ingredients and materials for the class, lunch consisting of what has been prepared during the class and sangria + non alcoholic drinks and tips and tricks from an experienced chef to take home ;)
